With their passion for authentic smoked meats, this establishment offers a rich menu that promises to tantalize your taste buds.
At the heart of Fink's BBQ Roadhouse is their BBQ menu featuring an array of delicious options. The Outpost Sampler is a showstopper, featuring dry-rubbed, slow-smoked St. Louis cut ribs paired with chicken and your choice of a pulled pork or turkey slider—all for just $34.10. There's nothing quite like sinking your teeth into those tender ribs, imbued with the deep flavors of oak and apple woods, then beautifully grilled with their signature sweet and smoky barbecue sauce.
If you're seeking variety, consider the Rib and Chicken Combo, which comes with a half rack of spareribs and a quarter chicken for $30.80, or try the Yesterday's Brisket Sliders. These sliders feature thinly sliced, griddled brisket topped with melted cheddar, cole slaw, and pickles that bring an unforgettable crunch to each bite.
The appetizers are equally intriguing. Don't miss their Bacon Bleu Chips, fresh potato chips smothered in homemade bleu cheese dressing and crispy bacon, or the utterly addictive Texas Lollipops, smoked bratwurst that are sure to kick off your meal with delight.
But it’s not just the dishes that make Fink’s a star. Many customers rave about the warm, friendly service that enhances the dining experience. One patron, Gurjote Sethi, emphasizes the owner and staff, calling them "gems," while another, Sazzie Zer, appreciates the cozy atmosphere, remarking on the extensive menu and delicious dishes. “ I am so sad to find out this place has closed to the public! They had the best ribs and wings and the beer Mac and cheese tasted like heaven. My triplets loved coming here and will be so sad to hear the news of this place closing down. I would drive over 40 minutes just to come to this place their food was so fresh and so amazing. I hope they open up again at another location so I can bring my triplets there again ”
“ Fink’s is the best! Great ribs and the best smoked wings I have ever had. Not to mention, their owner and staff are all gems! ”
“ Their menu is extensive and got so many things on it we wanted to try. We ordered ribs, hotdogs, shrimps and other side dishes. They were all delicious. The ribs were juicy and bbq sauce was so yummy. The staff was super nice, quick and attentive. The place itself is cute and cozy. We will definitely come back and try other things on the menu soon! ”
“ Went here for lunch and was very happy with the food and service. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Be aware that there is only limited hours for food and don't miss that window because the food is very good. I got the rib and chicken combo with a side of coleslaw. The chicken was tasty, but the ribs stole the show. Coleslaw was a nice way to slow myself down from completely devouring the meats. Definitely a good spot if you can make the hours. ”
“ This was my first visit here and everything was delicious. The ribs were great and the corn souffle is a MUST! The brisket sandwich was good. We couldn’t get the bbq brisket because it’s only a dinner item starting at 5:30pm so take note. My only regret is not saving room for dessert! The service was great and the staff was very attentive. I will be back! ”
“ The Carnivore is a behemoth. Great menu, so many choices. Even the pulled turkey was good.. how is that a thing? The strawberry cheesecake at the end was also very good. Our server was a rockstar despite the restaurant being so busy. Highly recommended. ”
“ We went there for dinner, and it was a really great experience. The food was delicious and the service was very friendly. I had the brisket platter with the extra sides, and my friends had the pulled pork, and then sliders. Oh, and also crunchy chicken tenders things as appetizer (I forget the proper name right now). Big thanks to Pat and the young lady that served us! ”
“ Was driving by and happen to pop in on their last day open to the public. Ella was a great server, and the owner was friendly and welcoming as well. Looking forward to checking out the buffet they are doing last fridays of the month! ”
